Explanation of Rates
- Owner's Policies are issued for the full value of the property, including encumbrances
- Extended Coverage Owner's Policies are available at 150%
of the Owner's rate
- Lender's
Policies are issued for not less than the amount of the loan
- The scheduled rates do not include costs of surveys or special inspections
- When an Owner's and Standard Form Lender's Policy covering
identical land are issued in combination, the Owner's rate plus $100.00, is applicable. Under similar conditions, an ALTA
form Lender's Policy will be issued for an additional charge equal to 60% of the Owner's rate. The above combination rates
are available only if the amount of the Lender's Policy is not in excess of the Owner's Policy
- Discounted title and escrow rates are available for builders,
sub-dividers, investors, and relocations
- The company reserves the right to charge additional fees in unusual circumstances
